Royal Mail Delivery:

Items ordered are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days following cleared payment. 

For Standard UK Delivery, FREE on orders over £100, we offer Tracked 48 Delivery via Royal Mail According to Royal Mail, Tracked 48 items generally reach recipients within 2-7 working days post-dispatch. Please note Royal Mail strikes and busy holiday periods may impact delivery times, possibly causing delays.  

For Tracked 24 UK Delivery we also use Royal Mail. Typically, Tracked 24 items are delivered within 1-2 working days from the dispatch date. Please note Royal Mail strikes and busy holiday periods may impact delivery times, possibly causing delays.

Special Next Day UK Delivery, to qualify for Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 11 am Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

International Delivery

For all international shipments, we utilize Standard International Signed For Delivery via Royal Mail, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 5-14 working days from the dispatch date. 

This timeframe generally applies to countries such as the US, Canada, and Europe. However, please be aware that customs clearance may impact delivery times.  Certain regions, including South Africa and parts of the Middle East, may experience longer delivery periods, extending to several weeks. 

In rare instances, parcels sent to these regions may even be lost. In such cases, if the parcel remains undelivered after six weeks from dispatch, a partial refund will be issued.  Rest assured, whether payment is made through a personally sent invoice or via our website, all transactions are securely processed and not shared with third parties. Your payment details are treated with utmost confidentiality and security.

Cancellations

You have a 24-hour window to request a cancellation after placing an order. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may have already been processed and dispatched by the time our team receives and reads your email. 

Our top priority is prompt and efficient service, so we endeavor to ship orders swiftly. Consequently, even if you request cancellation via email before receiving any shipment notifications, the order may have already been processed, making cancellation impossible. Should we receive your cancellation email before processing the order, you'll be promptly notified of a refund. 

Delays

We rely on the Royal Mail service, which provides us with an estimated delivery timeframe for your parcel. Nevertheless, delays may occasionally arise, particularly during public holidays like Christmas, Easter, and bank holidays. Please note that once we dispatch the parcel, it becomes the responsibility of the Royal Mail service to ensure timely delivery to your door. We cannot be held liable for any delays that may occur after dispatch. 

Duty and Tax

Kindly be advised that due to our withdrawal from the European Union (EU), international customers ordering from outside the UK (Europe, United States, and beyond) may incur duty and tax charges upon receipt of their parcels. 

Parcels that remain unclaimed and are returned to the sender from destinations outside the UK

Occasionally, parcels are returned to us if the buyer fails to claim them at the provided address. In such cases, reshipping fees must be paid to dispatch the parcel again. Alternatively, if the item(s) are Ready To Dispatch, the customer may request a refund, excluding shipping fees. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for incorrect address details provided or for parcels left unclaimed by the buyer.
