We offer exchanges for non-sale items we do not offer returns, provided the item is returned within 7 days of receipt, in unworn, unwashed condition, with the swing tag intact, and in the original clear packaging.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
Exchanges with perfume scent, makeup, or deodorant marks will be declined, and the item will be returned to the buyer. Exchanges may be refused if exchange procedures are not followed correctly.
Failure to follow exchange procedures may result in the item being returned to the buyer, with a shipping fee required to be paid before re-dispatch. Exchange processing may take up to 14 days from receipt, and during Ramadan, processing may take up to 21 days, depending on our workload.

Is there a charge for return shipping?
Please be aware that all shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Uqs does not supply a shipping label, nor do we reimburse return costs. It's also important to note that the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so we advise using a signed tracked delivery method for returned items. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost during transit.

For exchanges from outside the EU, please ensure you complete a customs declaration, clearly indicating that the package contains 'RETURNED GOODS'. If UK Customs stops your parcel and imposes a charge, we will decline payment, and the package will be sent back to you. Please note that Uqs cannot cover customs duty expenses to receive our items back under any circumstances.
How will my exchange be issued?
Upon approval of the exchange, your exchange will be processed using the same contact details utilized for your purchase.
When can I expect to receive my exchange?
Upon completion of processing and approval of the exchange (which may take up to 7 days after receiving the item), you will receive a confirmation email confirming the exchange has been processed.
